A proven leader of public and private companies, David Cargile has served as Chairman, CEO, President, and COO, including five years as the CEO of a NYSE-listed holding company and seven years as the CEO of a major US insurance group subsidiary company.

David Cargile is an acknowledged leader in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate finance, company reorganizations, turnarounds, managing hostile takeovers, shareholder and regulatory relations, and the sale of a publicly traded company. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Reinsurance Association of America (RAA) and is a certified arbitrator at ARIAS, an insurance and reinsurance arbitration society.
